Responsibilities:
Manage Company facilities including lease agreements, budgets, schedules and manages building related services including preventive maintenance agreements, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), building safety, landlord relations, city/county relations and routine maintenance.
Analyzes and reviews code requirements as they pertain to building functions and proposed uses. Serves as primary contact for facilities and security issues.
Manages vendor contracts associated with janitorial services, HVAC maintenance, chemical disposal, lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal.
Monitors and manages operating costs associated with heating, air conditioning, water, sewer, rent, taxes, permits, parking, and misc. costs.
Reviews, and manages the updating of documents, as necessary to comply with ISO, Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Manages the Commercial Liability and Workman Compensation Insurance (US/Canada) which includes insurance coverage review, renewal, and claims.
Generates detailed documentation associated with each insurance claim, and coordinates claim closures with Insurance claim adjusters, and agents.
Requirements:

Five+ years experience in Facilities Management, prior training and/or certification in safety, including chemical/hazardous materials training, industrial hygiene, facility and equipment safety & maintenance, and comprehensive safety programs and EHS related regulations.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, safety instructions/ procedures, work from blueprints, manuals, diagrams, maintenance and operating procedures/instructions.
Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form by performing calculations (e.g. square footage, circumference and volume) and translate variables to define issues by collecting data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, manuals, diagram and operating procedures at a level sufficient to satisfactorily perform the duties of the job.
Knowledge of all federal, state, and local codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities planning, design, construction, and maintenance. Project planning skills.

SA Engineering and Provisioning

Operations and Support
